Workplace Resilience Lab
Starting Saturday May 21st, 2022
Burnout: The feeling that there is too much to do, for too long with too few resources.
Trauma: Feeling helpless and overwhelmed in an ongoing situation at work.
Compassion Fatigue: Feeling numb, cynical and can't really care or empathize about the people you serve anymore.
Ernestina Malheiro, MA
Facilitated sessions and moderated offline spaces support you in implementing self care both personally and professionally for greater work-life balance.
Ernestina’s authentic transformational learner-centered process uses brain-based teaching strategies to integrate theories into practices. It is a meaning-making process designed intentionally to incorporate interactions between peers, facilitators and content in the most engaging way possible.
